Zusammenfassung
Galaktose hat keinen Einfluß auf den Stoffwechsel der Fettzelle. Sie wirkt weder lipogenetisch noch antilipolytisch. Der Abfall der nichtveresterten Fettsäuren im Serum nach oraler und intravenöser Gabe ist durch Insulinfreisetzung bedingt.
Summary
Galactose has no influence on the metabolism of the cells of the adipose tissue. It has neither a lipogenetic nor an antilipolytic effect. The decrease of the non-esterrified fatty acids in serum after oral and intravenous galactose doses is due to the liberation of insulin.
