Die Dosierung von Betamethason und Paramethason bei Bronchialasthma

Zusammenfassung

Das Dosis-Wirkungs-Verhältnis von Betamethason und Paramethason wurde bei 44 Patienten mit chronischem Bronchialasthma ermittelt und zu wirkungsäquivalenten Erhaltungsdosen Prednison in Beziehung gesetzt. Das Wirkungsverhältnis von Prednison/Betamethason betrug im Mittel 9,6:1, von Paramethason/Prednison 2,1:1.

Summary

In 44 cases of chronic bronchial asthma the dose-response relationship of the newer corticosteroids, betamethasone and paramethasone, was investigated by comparing various doses of these substances with the established prednisone maintenance doses. Betamethasone proved 9.6 times, paramethasone 2.1 times more efficient than prednisone.
