Die Heterogenität der Leucinaminopeptidase

Untersuchungen von Organen und Serum bei Leber-, Gallen- und Pankreaserkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Bei normalen Versuchspersonen ergibt die Auftrennung der Leucinaminopeptidase mittels Stärkegelelektrophorese ein bis zwei Fraktionen. In Sera von Patienten mit Erkrankungen der Leber, der Gallenwege und des Pankreas können bis zu 7 zusätzliche Fraktionen gefunden werden. Eine gesonderte Fraktion tritt in der Schwangerschaft auf. Untersuchungen von Leber- und Pankreashomogenisaten ergaben nur teilweise Anhaltspunkte für den Ursprung der Serumfraktionen. Bei verschiedenen pathologischen Zuständen können im Serum bestimmte Kombinationen von LAP-Fraktionen gefunden werden, so u. a. bei intrahepatischer Cholestase, Cholangitis und akuten Pankreasaffektionen. Neben den theoretischen Aspekten wird die sich daraus ergebende mögliche diagnostische Bedeutung diskutiert.
