Die Lymphographie im Studium der lymphatischen Verbreitung von bösartigen Tumoren im Mastdarm-Sigma

Zusammenfassung

28 Patienten, Träger von bösartigen Neoplasien des Rectum-Sigmabezirkes, von denen fünf eine Invadierung des Afterkanals aufweisen, sind mit der Lymphographie, manchmal mit der Cavographie vereint, studiert worden.

Der häufig positive Nachweis von Metastasen in den epi- und paracolischen Lymphknoten im Gegensatz zu der lymphographischen sowie histologischen Negativität der intermediären und zentralen Lymphknoten, erlaubt zu behaupten, daß die epi- und paracolischen Lymphknoten ein wirksames Hindernis gegen die Ausbreitung der Tumoren der Rectum-Sigmaregion auf lymphogenem Wege darstellen und daß die intermediären und zentralen Lymphknoten sehr spät mitbetroffen wurde und fast immer erst, nachdem die Metastasierung des Tumors auf dem Blutwege stattgefunden hat.
