A study of the constants of the De Rujula, Georgi, Glashow phenomenological quark-quark interaction

Abstract

The constants of non-relativistic QCD are determined from the octet baryons masses through a variational method. Their reliability is ascertained from their consistency with the magnetic moments and the decuplet baryons' masses.
