Zur Theorie des Doppelkristallspektrometers

Zusammenfassung

Das Doppelkristallspektrometer gestattet die Bestimmung der Reflexionskurve für den einzelnen Kristall nur, wenn diese symmetrisch ist. Ist dies der Fall, und kennt man den Symmetriepunkt als Funktion der Wellenlänge, so kann man die Intensitätsverteilung ermitteln. Aber es gestattet nicht die Nachprüfung, ob die Reflexionskurve wirklich die verlangte Eigenschaft besitzt.
