Zum Sklerodermie-Problem

Zusammenfassung

• 1. Es wird über 4 Fälle circumscripter und 3 diffuser Sklerodermien und über 2 Beobachtungen von Sklerodaktylie berichtet. Dabei werden die Veränderungen des Bindegewebes und der Zwischensubstanz, der Gefäße und der Nerven eingehend erörtert und bildlich wiedergegeben.

• 2. Es erfolgt eine Gegenüberstellung der circumscripten Sklerodermie und der Sklerodaktylie. Diese Erkrankungen zeigen in einer Reihe verschiedener vorstechender Belange einen deutlichen Antagonismus, so daß sie ohne weiteres mikroskopisch klassifiziert werden können. Diese Gegenüberstellung läßt es als gegeben erscheinen, die beiden Krankheitsprozesse den Mesenchymopathien zuzurechnen.

• 3. Es wird die diffuse Sklerodermie an Hand leider lückenhafter Befunde erörtert und ihre Besonderheit, so weit dies möglich ist, aufgezeigt. Es wird jedoch darauf verwiesen, daß die mikroskopischen Erhebungen nicht ausreichen, eine strikte Einordnung der Krankheit im Sinne einer oder der anderen, in der Literatur vertretenen Ansicht vorzunehmen.

Summary

• 1. 4 cases of circumscript and 3 cases of diffuse sclerodermia as well as 2 cases of sclerodactylia are described. The changes of the connective tissue and the ground substance, of the blood vessels and the nerves are discussed and illustrated.

• 2. Circumscript sclerodermia and sclerodactylia are confrontated. Those illnesses show in some points of view a striking antagonism, so that they may be classified microscopically without any pain. This confrontation seems to justify the opinion that the two illnesses belong to the so called mesenchymopathia.

• 3. For the diffuse sclerodermia our findings are not complete enough that they might delineate the illness exactly. Therefore it is not possible to classify this kind of sclerodermia regarding the one or the other opinion mentioned on this purpose in the literature.

Résumé

• 1. 4 cas de sclérodermie circonscrite, et 3 cas de sclérodermie généralisée ainsi que 2 cas de sclérodactylie sont décrits. Les altérations du tissu conjonctif, de la substance intercellulaire colloïde, des vaisseaux sanguins et des nerfs sont discutées et illustrées.

• 2. La sclérodermie circonscrite et la sclérodactylie sont confrontées. Les deux maladies montrent un antagonisme marqué concernant plusieurs points de vue, ce qui facilite leurs classification microscopique. Cette confrontation justifie l'opinion que les deux maladies appartiennent à la catégorie de si-dites mesenchymopathies.

• 3. Nos recherches à l'égard de la sclérodermie diffuse ne sont pas assez approfondies pour pouvoir delinéer la maladie proprement. Ainsi la classification de cette sorte de sclérodermie concernant l'opinion mentionnée à ce sujet dans la littérature d'une manière ou l'autre ne peut être précisée à ce moment.
