Morphofunctional changes in the thyroid gland in different variants of chronic experimental stress

  • Published:
Neuroscience and Behavioral Physiology Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Conclusions

  1. 1.

The TG increases the secretion of TH into the circulatory bed under the conditions of chronic experimental stress.

  2. 2.

A decrease in the secretory activity of the TG is observed in the presence of Stressor exhaustion of the organism's adaptive reactions.

  3. 3.

The pathogenetic features of the experimental adaptation syndrome depend in many respects on the specific characteristics of the methodological approach to its reproduction.
