Silver selective benzimidazol-2(1H)-one based, sulphur-containing podands

Abstract

Podands based on benzimidazol-2(1H)-one, containing S and terminal NH2 groups, selectively transport and extract silver picrate over Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, Ph2+ and Tl+ picrates.
