Der Einfluß des Follikelhormons auf das Corpuscarcinom

Zusammenfassung

An Hand einer Literaturübersicht und eines eigenen Materials von 601 Fällen von Corpuscarcinom wird zu beweisen versucht, daß das Corpuscarcinom unter Oestrogeneinfluß rascher wächst und zeitlich früher in klinische Erscheinung tritt. Das Follikelhormon ist wohl der wichtigste Wuchsstoff für das Wachstum des Corpuscarcinoms, sein wichtigster Gegenspieler ist das Testosteron. Es werden aus dieser Auffassung die klinischen Aspekte in differentialdiagnostischer, therapeutischer und prophylaktischer Hinsicht entwickelt.
