Abstract
The syntheses of ethyl 4-amino-2-trifluormethyl-thiophene-3-carboxylate (14) and of ethyl 3-amino-5-trifluormethylthiophene-2-carboxylate (15) are described.
The structures of14 and15 are confirmed by NMR-spectroscopy. TheDieckmann reaction of the important intermediate ethyl 3-(carbethoxymethylthio)-3-trifluormethyl-propionate is described.
