Summary

With a view to establishing a correlation between structure and dynamic functional interpretations of the interrelationship between kidney and renal pelvis, a description is provided of the renal pelvis of the dromedary; it is based on corrosion-specimens, Roentgenograms, Dissections and microscopic sections.

Zusammenfassung

Mit Bezug auf moderne Auffassungen vom aktiven Stoffaustausch zwischen Nierenbecken-Inhalt und Nierenmark, wird die Form des Nierenbeckens des Dromedars an Hand von Korrosionspräparaten, Röntgenaufnahmen, Sektionspräparaten und mikroskopischen Schnitten erläutert.
