Summary
Report of a 103/12 years old boy, whose clinical signs justify the classification to Ullrich's and Turner's syndrome. the cytogenetical finding is a XO/XY/XXY-mosaicism. Formally this mosaicism could be explained by non-disjunction at the second and by losing of an Y chromosome by anaphase lag at the third mitotic cleavage division. The causality of these different genetical cell-lines is unknown.
