Zusammenfassung
Die Schwellen eines isolierten Ranvier-Schnürrings wurden im Katund Anelektrotonus vom Einsetzen der Gleichstromdurchströmung an bis zu 17 msec Dauer derselben mit Rechtecksimpulsen (0,1 msec Dauer) gemessen.
Dabei trat im Katelektrotonus bei kurzzeitiger Durchströmung (0,7–1,2 msec) das Phänomen der „lokalen Erregung“ auf, zu längeren Zeiten hin „Akkommodation“. Auch im Anelektrotonus war — nicht so regelmäßig wie im Katelektrotonus — Akkommodation zu beobachten.
Die Geschwindigkeit der im Katelektrotonus gemessenen Akkommodation wurde durch Kohlensäure und Ca-Ionenüberschuß erniedrigt.
Schwellenmessungen im längerdauernden Elektrotonus (17 msec) ergaben charakteristische Bilder für den Zustand des Ranvier-Knotens bei erhöhter CO2-Konzentration und erhöhter Ca-Ionenkonzentration einerseits, erniedrigter Ca-Ionenkonzentration und Ersatz eines Teiles des CaCl der Ringer-Lösung durch Cholinchlorid andererseits.
Es wird versucht, die erhaltenen Befunde, die zum großen Teil nicht neu sind, mit Hilfe von Analogieschlüssen an Hand der bekannten14 Membraneigenschaften des Loligo-Axons zu deuten.
