Summary

The authors present a case report of a cerebellar hemangioblastoma supplied, in part, by an enlarged tentorial artery of Bernasconi and Cassinari. The vertebral arteries also provided a portion of the blood supply to this tumor. The angiographic findings are illustrated. A brief summary of the causes of tentorial artery enlargement is presented.
