Investigations on dark repair in various light sensitive inherited disorders

Summary

Defective dark repair is confirmed in 3 cases of Xeroderma pigmentosum while in one case of Bloom-syndrom and in 4 other light sensitive inherited disorders the mentioned enzyme system seems to be functional.

Zusammenfassung

Ein defekter “dark repair”-Mechanismus wurde bei 3 Fällen von Xeroderma pigmentosum (X.p.) bestätigt, während bei einem Fall von Bloom-Syndrom und 4 anderen lichtabhängigen Erbleiden der Haut normal funktionierende Repair-Enzyme gefunden wurden.
