Pharmakologische Untersuchungen über ein neues Hypnotikum 3-Cyclopropyl-butin-(3)-ol (2)

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde im Vergleich zu 3-Methyl-pentin-ol-3 (MP) die pharmakologische Aktivität des 2-Cyclopropyl-butin-(3)-ol(2) (CB) einer chemischen Verbindung der Äthinylcarbinol-Reihe studiert.

Die neue Substanz übt bei einer nur wenig höheren akuten Toxizität eine größere hypnotische Aktivität und eine größere hemmende Wirkung auf die elektrische und chemische Erregbarkeit der Gehirnzentren und deren Stoffwechsel aus als MP.
