Zusammenfassung
An 13 Hypertonikern und 6 gesunden Personen wurden die Vergnderungen im funktionellen Zustand der BlutgefäBe der unteren Extremitäten nach Einspritzung yon isotonischer (1,8%) Magnesiumsulfatlösung in Dosen zu 5–25 cm3 und hypertonischer (10% und 25%) MagnesiumsulfatlSsung in Dosen yon 2–10 cm3 untersueht.
Bei schnellem Einspritzen trat meistens Volumenverringerung der Extremität ein, während bei langsamem Einspritzen Vergröβerung oder Zweiphasenvergnderung erfolgte, die als Volumenverringerung und darauf folgende Volumenvergröβerung der Extremität in Erscheinung trat. Die isotonische Lösung verursacht entweder Volumenvergröβerung der Extremität oder Zweiphasenveränderung — Verringerung und darauf folgende Vergräβerung.
Bei der intravenösen Verabfolgung des Magnesiumsulfats muβ man gröβte Vorsicht walten lassen.
