PstI identifies biallelic DNA polymorphism of the human casein kinase 2α gene (CSNK2A1)

Abstract

cDNA probe of the casein kinase 2α subunit gene detects a biallelic PstI polymorphism. This restriction fragment length polymorphism is the first known genetic marker of this gene.
