Abstract
In previous reports to this society 1, we have described the results of radiofrequency thermal hypophysectomy in patients with metastatic breast and prostatic cancer and diabetic retinophaphy. At the present time, we are able to document panhypopituitarism in 9l% of all patients. Using the experience gained with operations on over 400 patients, we should like to stress some of the technical factors which reduce complications.
