Zusammenfassung

Plattformen für mobile Dienstleistungen haben sich als erfolgreiche Strategie etabliert, um den Wert von Kernprodukten zu erhöhen. Zentraler Erfolgsfaktor dafür ist es, die Entwicklung der Plattform so zu steuern, dass sie dauerhaft attraktiv für Kunden wie auch für Drittanbieter bleibt. In diesem Beitrag schlagen wir einen morphologischen Kasten zur Identifikation entsprechender Steuerungsmaßnahmen vor. Der praktische Nutzen des morphologischen Kastens wird mit Hilfe einer Analyse von Steuerungsmaßnahmen in drei Plattformen für mobile Dienstleistungen gezeigt.
