Zusammenfassung

Bei den Kliniken der Universität Würzburg wird die Pilotinstallation eines integrierten Krankenhausinformationssystems (KIS) erprobt. Es handelt sich dabei um ein System, das die Betriebsablaufssteuerung aller Abteilungen im Krankenhaus zusammenfaßen kann und den Anschluß von sogenannten Subsystemen/Departmentsystemen ermöglicht. Die administrativen Funktionen wie Abrechnung und Buchhaltung bleiben vorerst dem Großrechner der Klinikverwaltung vorbehalten.
