Referat
Die bislang getrennte Entwicklung des Datenschutzes und des EDV-Organisationsrechtes muß zusammengeführt werden, um der Überschneidung der Regelungsbereiche, der grundsätzlichen Schutzwürdigkeit des Verfahrensrechts sowie den institutionellen Komponenten des Datenschutzes Rechnung zu tragen. Als zentrale Forderung bei der Integration des Datenschutzes in organisatorische Konzepte stellen die Autoren die Zweckbindimg der Information heraus.
Abstract
The current split in the development of the German data protection law and the respective organizational laws for electronic data processing within organizations has to be overcome since both have the same areas of concern as well as to acknowledge the principal rights of protection for procedural regulations and to suffice the institutional components of the data protection law. The authors demand the appropriation of the information to be given highest priority when integrating data protection law with the organizational concepts.
