Abstract

Bilateral diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation (BDUMP) is a rare paraneoplastic disease that occurs in patients with systemic malignancy, such as cancers of ovary, uterus, lung, pancreas, and breast. The abnormal melanocytes are usually spindle in shape with rare scattered epithelioid cells and can involve the whole uvea.
