Abstract
The semantic web service ontology, OWL-S, is extended for matching user requirements with product specifications at the semantic level, with context information taken into account.Web services provide a suitable technical framework for making business processes accessible within enterprises and across enterprises. The paper puts forward the construction and application of web services in Semantic Web based on ontology. The existing problems of the web service composition in the field of searching service are discussed. Then the blueprint of a searching system based on Semantic-Aware Agent (SAA) is put forward.
