Abstract

On the research of the transcoding and the adaptive distribution and scheduling of education video which is compatible for various platforms, this paper proposes a technological solution of "multi-screen in one" technology oriented ubiquitous learning(u-learning) on the education video, which can realize the seamless joint of education video between different screens so as to ensure the continuation of the learning process, and achieve the intelligent recommendation of relevant video resource.

The paper is supported by Innovation Program of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.
