Abstract

Aim at the requirement of the fast locating and positioning of the video multi target for the high speed military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), Using the video surveillance, UAV telemetry data and the priori elevation information of the target area to reconstructing the image of UAV video surveillance center and Establish UAV camera surveying coordinate system and also derivation positioning error statistical characteristics. This paper proposed a priori height video targeting algorithm (prior-altitude-locating-algorithm). Simulation shows that the prior-altitude-locating-algorithm can be used to solve position of ground/sea target reconnoitred by UAV video. The forward and reverse processes of prior-altitude-locating-algorithm are scientific, reasonable and fit the actual situation.
