Abstract

Based on the dictionary of French verbs LVF of Jean Dubois and Françoise Dubois-Charlier, we propose to study the class of auxiliaries X. In this article, we try to translate the verbs of this class into Arabic while comparing the way French and Arabic verbal systems operate. We are going to integrate the verbs of the auxiliary class X (212 entries) into NooJ platform for an automatic translation and we will discuss the similarities as well as the differences between both verbal systems.
