Abstract
Aiming to research on the hydraulic system of BA1100 backhoe machine, this paper built a Mechanical-Hydraulic Co-Simulation model with Solidworks, AMEsim and ADAMS software. Through the model, we can analyze the change of pressure and flow rate of hydraulic cylinder in the condition of lifting, thus to study the suitability and stability of the hydraulic system. This simulation research lays a foundation for improving the hydraulic system and real-time monitoring, meanwhile it provides the reference value to master the dynamic characteristics of backhoe machine hydraulic system.
