Abstract
The study explores the transformative potential of the blended course development in the context of the university processes implementation. The chapter discusses seven pillars for the course design and implementation on the example of the flipped master level course “Innovation Systems and Technological Development.” The course was developed under the framework of the CEPHEI Industrial E-learning project and aims to be comprehensively inscribed into the internal educational university processes and the external regional environment.
