Abstract
This paper discusses a radio control channel architecture for a microcellular system which has a radio interface which provides transmission bit rate of less than 500 kb/s, short TDMA frame length of multi-carrier TDM systems, and then presents a physical channel structure allocating broadcasting and common control channels on one TDM carrier frequency suited for decentralized and dynamic channel control of the system.
