Abstract

In the past 5 years, higher education in Shandong Province has made great achievements. However, compared with some provinces and cities, Shandong Province keeps a relatively slow pace of development of higher education and personnel training do not meet the needs of the regional economic and social development. To adapt to economic and social development in Shandong Province, we need to actively explore the road of reform and development. To use modern educational concepts and modern educational technology, innovate the mode of personnel training, build a modern education system, innovate learning methods, we aim to build a unified platform for learning resources, and continuously improve the level of university education and talent cultivation.
