Abstract

Undergraduates are facing the severe employment situation, analyses the causes of the difficulty of college students’ employment, from the students themselves and adjust to the reform of the government, university, department of job duties in graduate obtain employment, it puts forward the countermeasures to solve the college students’ employment.
