Abstract
The outcomes of assistive technology has relied on anecedotal evidence since the inception of the field. With the current healthcare and AT funding situations that exist in North America and Europe, such evidence is no longer sufficient. With the support of RESNA and AAATE, developers of AT outcomes measures have formed the Assistive Technology International Outcomes Consortium (ATIOC) to collaboratively work on the development and dissemination of high quality measures of AT use.
