Current progress and novel strategies that target CDK12 for drug discovery
2022, European Journal of Medicinal ChemistryCitation Excerpt :The degradation of cyclin K can lead to the reduction of CDK12 and CDK13 levels, thereby achieving tumor suppressive effect, which also indicates that NCT02, as a molecular glue targeting CDK12, may play an active role in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer [23]. SR-4835 (compound 36) has biological activity similar to molecular glue, which leads to targeted degradation of cyclin K (Fig. 9E) [7]. SR-4835, as a cereblon (CRBN)-independent “molecular glue”, can effectively degrade CDK12/cyclin K in both CRBN-WT and CRBN-KO cells [26].
Biochemical and Transcriptome-Wide Identification of A-to-I RNA Editing Sites by ICE-Seq
2015, Methods in EnzymologyGeneration and characterization of the sea bass Dicentrarchus labrax brain and liver transcriptomes
2014, GeneCitation Excerpt :Embryonic development seems to leave an enduring footprint on the transcriptome, leading to cluster together, based on their profiles of expression, tissues with the same origin (Ferraz et al., 2008). The sequencing power dedicated to each organ allowed sequencing and building contigs of genes known to be expressed at low abundance (Marques et al., 2000) as is the case of sea bass homologs of the Cyclin Dependent Kinases CDK13 and CDK12 (contigs ID LOC100710822_ORENI.1.1 CDK 12 and LOC100699910_ORENI.2.2). Their sequencing depths were 7.3 and 10.8 in average for all libraries for contig lengths of respectively 5431 and 6174 bp.

2007, Biochemical and Biophysical Research CommunicationsCitation Excerpt :All these constructs were cloned in-frame with Myc- and His-tags. The phsCDK13 plasmid contains human CDK13 with a HA tag was reported previously [1]. Other constructs used in this study have been described [2].
